Influence is built on perception of trust and credibility. This section introduces four subtle yet powerful elements that change other people’s perceptions and set a more agreeable mood.
2:15 - 3:45   Getting Them to Say “Yes”
Success in the practice of law depends on getting others to say “yes” to our proposals and requests. Clients and lawyers often become difficult when they perceive rejection of their ideas. "This is my third or fourth course with the Likeable Lawyer. Just like with my previous experiences, this course caused me to think about an aspect of representing real people - being aware of my clients' expectations that is often forgotten, taken for granted, or assumed to be handled. Thank you for giving me new skills to help me meet and exceed client expectations. "
