Influence is built on perception of trust and credibility. This section introduces four subtle yet powerful elements that change other people’s perceptions and set a more agreeable mood.
2:15 - 3:45   Getting Them to Say “Yes”
Success in the practice of law depends on getting others to say “yes” to our proposals and requests. Clients and lawyers often become difficult when they perceive rejection of their ideas.
