3:45 - 4:45   The Stages of Effective Listening
Lawyers are often good speakers and great at presenting logical arguments. A major component of building influence in relationships and satisfying clients, however, is found in the art of listening. Giving another your undivided attention builds credibility and trust and evokes a reciprocal open-minded response. Learn advanced listening skills that can help you get better results.
