1:15 - 2:15   An Atmosphere of Influence
Influence is built on perception of trust and credibility. This section introduces four subtle yet powerful elements that change other people’s perceptions and set a more agreeable mood.
2:15 - 3:45   Getting Them to Say “Yes”
Success in the practice of law depends on getting others to say “yes” to our proposals and requests. Clients and lawyers often become difficult when they perceive rejection of their ideas. "I was thrilled to find CLE courses that actually focused on the human dimensions of legal competence. The courses I took did not disappoint and were full of both theoretical and practical nuggets I have not seen in any other CLE courses."
Jane Ruddell,
Attorney, Health Care Resolutions

"Classes like this -- on human interactions -- are as valuable as any substantive CLE we might take. Interacting with people is fundamental to what we do. The legal profession needs more of this type of teaching. The program is very well curated, and Brian does an excellent job."
Michael Hamilton,
DLA Piper LLP

"In a very convenient succinct manner, The Likeable Lawyer conveys critical components of being effective at leadership and persuasion."
Jean Tuffet,
Attorney

"An excellent course for understanding the "customer service" aspect of representing clients--it is not all about case citations, pure knowledge, or experience. It is about earning client trust first and foremost. Highly recommended. "
Jim Franklin,
Schroeder & Griffith

"Thought provoking, entertaining and informative. The instructor made the material come to life."
Gretchen Jacobs,
Arizona Governmental Affairs
