Cooperative relationships are instrumental for achieving client objectives and are also the basis of referral business, influence and smoother transactions. In this section, we’ll discuss what the other side needs to hear that will make them more likely to support your objectives.

Highly successful lawyers make their success look easy. Behind the scenes, however, is a plan comprised of small daily actions. This hour is an opportunity to discuss strategies for creating a more rewarding and successful law practice.

Unexpected obstacles come up. The key to overcoming them is to maintain focus on the goal and engage your creative mind with learning questions. This section will show you how.

Brian Hammer, M.A., J.D., is the founder and a facilitator for The Likeable Lawyer. Brian practiced law for over ten years before starting The Likeable Lawyer in 2003, and has designed and delivered thousands of highly-praised programs to law firms, corporations and organizations nationwide.
