9:30-10:30am   What is a Needs Map?
Lawyers often wrongfully assume they understand their clients' objectives, only to discover in the end that the client is dissatisfied with what the lawyer thought was a good result. Learn how to conduct an initial interview that results in a comprehensive list of needs and objectives and how this facilitates a greater likelihood of successful resolution.
10:30-11:30am   Exercises in Developing a Needs Map
After understanding the efficacy of a needs map, participants will employ this tool in a variety of hypothetical examples. Through this practice, lawyers become more comfortable with the tool, and experience its benefits.

The webinar is interactive and entertaining which is sometimes rare for a program with a basis in ethics. Highly recommended."

"As a college professor, I am keenly aware that it is just as important in the delivery of information as it is in the content of that which is being delivered. I am pleased to say that The Likeable Lawyer was successful in creating a confluence where the two met with remarkable results."
