2:15 - 2:45		Controlling Difficult Clients Do you have a few problem clients? Learn a set of very effective tools to control and manage clients who are demanding, needy and otherwise difficult.

Brian Hammer, M.A., J.D., is the founder and a facilitator for The Likeable Lawyer.
