In this 1-hour webinar, you will learn how to establish and nurture referral relationships that generate new clients.

Referral relationships are part of the lifeblood of a sustainable practice. But anyone who has pursued them knows how challenging they can be.

  • They are difficult to find and harder to predict.
  • They take a long time to lead to new business.
  • They can look promising in the beginning, and still never lead to new business.

But identifying and cultivating referral relationships is a skill you can acquire. In this complimentary 1-hour Webinar, learn the skills you need to:

  • Identify potential referral sources quickly.
  • Vet the “takers” who will never reciprocate your good will.
  • Build lasting alliances that repeatedly send you the kinds of clients you want.
  • Activate dormant referral relationships that could send you prospective clients.

Join business development specialist David Ackert together with the founder of The Likeable Lawyer Brian Hammer for this unique program. This Webinar is free of charge with your paid registration for any other class (does not qualify for CLE credit).

"An excellent course for understanding the "customer service" aspect of representing clients--it is not all about case citations, pure knowledge, or experience. It is about earning client trust first and foremost. Highly recommended. "
